Looks like you will see more of Joan Rivers on your TV. The beloved Fashion Police host shot two episodes of the upcoming season of NBC's Celebrity Apprentice, NBC confirms to E! News. Donald Trump took to Twitter to share some details. "We just finished shooting a new season of Celebrity Apprentice and happily for all, Joan plays my advisor in two episodes," Trump tweeted. "She was great!" NBC confirms that Joan did serve as boardroom advisor for two tasks, but has no other info at this time. The new season has wrapped production, but no airdate has been set yet. Joan and daughter Melissa Rivers competed on the reality series in 2009, and Joan beat poker player Annie Duke to...

Joan Rivers passed away Aug. 4 at the age of 81. Rivers was a unique voice, at once modern and classic—she was timely in her commentary yet refused to make apologies. Historically, she was one of the first female standup comedians, and 60 years later she was still the best.
Joan Rivers Funniest Moments
To this day Rivers was the first and last woman to ever host a late night talk show on network television. Incisive, shrill, xenomorphic, vicious, honest and brilliant, Rivers was a comedian’s comedian, and this is a list of some of her best moments. Naturally, none of this is safe for work.
#1 Joan Rivers’ Ron Bennington Interviews
Radio personality and brilliant interviewer Ron Bennington had three detailed interviews with Joan Rivers—in May of 2010, and in March and July of 2014. The interviews are masterfully orchestrated by Bennington who essentially lets his subject steer the interview, and carefully inquiring for more detail.

Joan Rivers, the raucous, acid-tongued comedian who crashed the male-dominated realm of late-night talk shows and turned Hollywood red carpets into danger zones for badly dressed celebrities, died Thursday. She was 81.
Rivers died at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, surrounded by family and close friends, daughter Melissa Rivers said. She was hospitalized Aug. 28 after going into cardiac arrest in a doctor's office following a routine procedure. The New York state health department is investigating the circumstances.
"My mother's greatest joy in life was to make people laugh," Melissa Rivers said. "Although that is difficult to do right now, I know her final wish would be that we return to laughing soon."
Under the immobile, plastic surgery-crafted veneer that became Joan Rivers' unapologetic trademark as she aged, her wit remained as vibrantly raw and unruly as when she first broke her way into a comedy world belonging largely to men.

Filming commences today on All-Star Celebrity Apprentice as Donald Trump’s reality show brings back contestants from the first five celebrity seasons of the program. The cast is a curious one, missing some seemingly obvious choices like Annie Duke and Aubrey O’Day while including a few head-scratchers (Claudia Jordan? Does anyone even know who she is?). What’s also interesting is that no famous Celebrity Apprentice feuds — Omarosa versus Piers Morgan, Annie Duke versus Joan and Melissa Rivers, Lisa Lampanelli versus Dayana Mendoza — will be rekindled as none of the selected players have any past bad blood with anyone else.

Matt Damon really likes poker. In fact, in the newly released trailer for "All In — The Poker Movie" Damon even says that "there is just something cool about being good at poker."
"All In — The Poker Movie" will tell the history of the poker, from its start in the underground clubs of NYC to becoming a worldwide phenomenon. Unfortunately, it became so much of a global fixation that the Us government had to shut down the three largest poker websites in the world.
The poker documentary will attempt to tell the definitive story of the rise, fall and rebirth of poker. Joining Damon in the documentary are Phil Hellmuth Jr, 2003 World Series of Poker winner Chris Moneymaker, Ira Glass, Frank Deford, Annie Duke, Kenny Rogers, Chris Ferguson, Howard Lederer and Daniel Negreanu.
"All In — The Poker Movie" hits theaters March 23. It’ll also be available on iTunes April 24.

Yes, Hollywood Stars can live up (or down) to their stereotypes. But they can also be invaluable in promoting a good cause. Here's how the best partnerships work.
#article-top-wrapper img { border:none; }
In The Intersecting Worlds of celebrities and public causes, two opposing clichés are locked in competition for custody of our imagination: the celebrity as superhero and the celebrity as screwup. Both images are rooted in our notion that famous people are, in some profound way, not normal -- and which version we prefer at any given moment can depend on who's making the headlines. When we read, for instance, about George Clooney striving to bring democracy and health to Sudan, or Sean Penn appearing to carry on his shoulders all the troubles of Haiti as well as the rigors of overseeing a massive Ngo, we can believe that exceptional people who have the power to attract exceptional attention can,...

You don’t have to be Dale Carnegie to know that you shouldn’t compare your boss, who can fire you, to Adolf Hitler. So when Transformers vixen Megan Fox told Wonderland magazine in 2009 that her director was like the infamous Nazi mass murderer, well, she was inevitably replaced for the franchise’s upcoming third film. Now, Bay is admitting the obvious, telling GQ that Fox’s departure had everything to do with the führer furor: “She was in a different world, on her BlackBerry. You gotta stay focused. And you know, the Hitler thing. Steven said, ‘Fire her right now.

Chicago – In the opening scenes of the season premiere of NBC’s “The Celebrity Apprentice,” the amazing Donald Trump actually claims to have turned Joan Rivers, Piers Morgan, and Bret Michaels into stars through their winning the show (and he’s only maybe half-joking; more like a quarter). He then ends the introduction with the line, “The circus is back in town and you’re looking at the ring master. It’s showtime.” Bring in the clowns.
TV Rating: 3.5/5.0
“The Celebrity Apprentice” is the ultimate in unbridled ego. Not only is Trump’s ego something that should be studied in classes but most of the people he gathers for his annual charity competition have become so self-important that they don’t really know how to function. The choices for this year are either inspired or delusional, depending on how you look at it. On one hand, no one wants a...

HollywoodNews.com: Forget about losing your chips at a poker tournament, how about getting a migraine?
Ben Affleck had to pull out of the World Series of Poker “Ante Up for Africa” at Rio in Las Vegas for that very reason. The event was established by Annie Duke, Don Cheadle, Matt Damon and Montel Williams.
Speaking to Page Six, Affleck exclaims, “This is the one poker event I go to each year, and I didn’t even get to play.”
But if there’s one game to never underestimate celebrities in – it’s poker. “American Pie” beauty Shannon Elizabeth came in second with $80,000 while professional poker player Phil Gordon drew $129,086.
If you ever get the chance, be sure to watch “The Mentalist” star Robin Tunney play whenever she’s on TV – the actress is quite the smooth operator at the game.

Hatcher Launches Chat Show On New Lifestyle Website
Desperate Housewives star Teri Hatcher has launched a career as an online chat show host.
The actress is the brains behind GetHatched.com, a new site which features lifestyle tips and interviews with her celebrity pals.
And the week-old women-friendly venture already has a fan base among men.
Hatcher explains, "It's that same thing as, like, a Sex & The City or Desperate Housewives, that men think if they get inside the woman's world, they can get information that they need - and I actually think they do need."
The actress insists she's the perfect person to run the site: "I've had a lot of great experiences and I know a lot of great people that can just offer advice and information and ideas about everything a woman needs, but in a humorous way."
And in her In The House chat section, which is filmed in her home, Hatcher's guests are set to include poker ace Annie Duke and Oscar winner Marlee Matlin.
The actress admits the chats are great fun.
She adds, "We're trying to find a more intimate space where quieter conversations and maybe more special information comes out - and that's kind of what we're getting."...

What a difference a year makes! Last year about this time, we were agog over the barbs traded between Celebrity Apprentice finalists Joan Rivers and Annie Duke. "Whore pit viper" became a new slur introduced into the vernacular. It was a mean finale. And highly watchable smallscreen reality fare. This season of Trump's celebrity stew has been a kinder gentler version, and a case study in human frailties, quirks, pathos and endearment. We all pre-judge, and in an invasive show like this, the cameras reveal the hidden body language and subtleties that reveal a person's character to us. It shone a spotlight on the political animal Rod Blagojevich is to the core, revealed the bawdy good-natured steel Magnolia Sharon...

Cyndi Lauper is adorable, big-hearted and kind, but when it comes to nailing down a specific time sensitive task...her true colors make her teammates go cuckoo. This coming Celebrity Apprentice watch as Team RockSolid: Darryl Strawberry, Bret Michaels, Michael Johnson, Goldberg, Rod Blagojevich, Curtis Stone and Team Tenacity: Cyndi Lauper, Sharon Osbourne, Holly Robinson Peete, Summer Sanders, Maria Kanellis, Selita Ebanks - navigate their challenges and work the game to their advantage. On last season's "Celebrity Apprentice," comedienne Joan Rivers beat out world champion poker player Annie Duke in an intense live boardroom finale to win $532,000 for her charity "God.s Love We Deliver." It wasn't pretty. "Whore pit-viper" was introduced into the language/expression bank. Contestants will...

Jesse James had it in him to be a deceptive type, according to Donald Trump. Trump selected Jesse James as one of last season's "Celebrity Apprentice" male players, and he made it far into the game until he was fired in task 12. The season saw Joan Rivers win, and Annie Duke finish as runner up. Trump has tagged Jesse James 'cunning' after he cheated on the Oscar-winning actress Sandra Bullock. "He was a quiet guy," The New York Post quoted Trump as saying, "but as the show progressed, you realized that he was very smart and very cunning. "He didn't get along with the people on the show, but I sort of got to like him, at...

Sue Carswell: It's 8:30 Am at the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure tournament as women begin congregating at a poker strategy boot camp inside the Atlantis resort in the breezing Bahamas. No, they're not playing yet (the ladies' tournament begins in a few hours), but they're anxious to learn playing tips from an über-poker star. Vanessa Rousso, 26, is one of the top five professional female poker players. She graduated from Duke University in 2 ½ years, is a semester shy of graduating law school, and has already earned $3.5 million playing the game that moms are finding red hot at this very moment.
Rousso is giving a tutorial on what may seem to be the most banal of subjects: blinds. But they're not the kind you think. (It's poker slang for a forced bet -- or partial bet -- put in by one or more players before any cards are dealt.) She is speaking to...

NBC's 'Celebrity Apprentice' cast was announced this morning, with 14 contestants on the new season of Donald Trump's reality competition show, set to begin March 14. Wife and manager Sharon Osbourne will be joined by Cyndi Lauper, Holly Robinson Peete, Selita Ebanks, Maria Kanellis, Carol Leifer and Summer Sanders. This time around the ex Governor of Illinois Rod Blagojevich will compete alongside Darryl Strawberry, Bret Michaels, Goldberg, Michael Johnson, Rod Blagojevich, Sinbad and Curtis Stone. It's that time of the year for countless "best of TV" lists. As expected, they're full of choices that make their writers seem intelligent and high-minded. At times, we feel like those lists are virtually interchangeable.
Where are the TV moments that really entertained us? Those embarrassing nuggets, which enter the popular lexicon, sell tabloids and show us just how dysfunctionally awesome we all are. Who needs "high-minded"?
Here are our picks for 2009's most deliciously trashtastic moments from reality TV:
10.) Heidi Pratt goes off the pill!, "The Hills"
Just when we thought Speidi couldn't get any worse - what with her looking more and more like Barbie and him growing that creepy flesh-colored beard - they surprise us. After finding out that Spencer didn't want kids anytime soon, Heidi decided to fall back on her greatest skill: Lying.

Joan Rivers was in Pasadena in July to promote her show on TV Land, How'd You Get So Rich?, but when I spoke to her after her presentation, I was more interested in a couple of issues. First, her longevity in a business that takes even older comedians and tosses them to the side (Cosby, for instance, is more community activist than comedian these days). Second, I wanted to ask her about her experience on The Apprentice, which included her feuds with wedding planners, Clint Black, and Annie Duke.
But, Joan being Joan, she also randomly let loose on Brooke Shields, Sarah Palin, and whoever else was in her mind during the ten minutes we spoke.
We start off by talking about longevity. She feels one of the reasons she stays relevant is that she doesn't live in the past. "I don't give a shit about Johnny Carson," she said.

Joan Rivers was the Belle of the TCA Ball in Pasadena this summer. The Queen bee comic continued her Annie Duke smackdown, refering to the poker player as "Annie Douche" when describing her new TV Land show, "How'd You Get So Rich" to TV critics, and she has not let up, as witnessed by a recent interview with the Los Angeles Times' reporter Richard Abowitz. From the Lat: When "Apprentice" ended, Joan recalls their exchange: "I went over to congratulate her and she gave me the finger and I have three people who saw it and that tells you everything. What it is, it is." Duke denied this occured directly to Abowitz: "This is not true. I never gave...

Joan Rivers, what to say that she has not said already. Calling Annie Duke "Annie Douche" at the recent TCA's in Pasadena, and quipping that Leno hasn't been funny in years, the Queen bee of snappy one-liners is being feted by Comedy Central Sunday, August 9 at 10 Pm. Rivers will be grilled by another "fling it like a monkey" comic, roast master Kathy Griffin. The roasters are Carl Reiner, Greg Giraldo, Jeffrey Ross, Whitney Cummings, Tom Arnold and many more. Joan Rivers poked a big stick at her pal Kathy Griffin to People magazine. "She can [expletive] drop dead now, I'm so angry," Rivers laughed. "She was evil. We made a pact. I had the great honor of interviewing the legendary Joan Rivers after her TCA panel promoting her new TV Land show How'd You Get So Rich? While the panel was hilarious, Joan was in fine form during the interview, telling me a good story about why she doesn't dwell in the past, criticizing Sarah Palin and Brooke Shields, and giving her one-millionth rebuke of her Apprentice rival, Annie Duke, or "Annie Douche" as she called the poker star during the panel.
But Rivers also took some vicious shots at David Tutera, the party planner who left her and Duke high and dry on The Celebrity Apprentice's finale, quitting after Joan asked him to make some changes to his plan. Since Tutera is scheduled to do a panel on his show My Fair Wedding on Friday, I wanted to...

Today's TV Land panel that featured Joan Rivers was like being at her Las Vegas show. Lots of F-bombs; little love for Jay Leno or Annie Duke. To promote her new TV show, "How's You Get So Rich," Joan was peppered by questions from assembled TCA members, including Monsters and Critics, who asked her about the new show, and she switched gears at the end of her Q&A to answer a question about Jay Leno. When asked what her thoughts were about the late night gabbers, Joanie threw down: "I...Think it's brilliant that they put Leno on at 10:00 now because Americans get bored more easily and go to sleep earlier, and that will, that's all I have to...

Ethan Miller/Getty Celebrity Apprentice star Annie Duke is a single mom by label only. The 43-year-old is quick to point out to MomLogic that between her live-in boyfriend of four years Joe Reitman, an “extremely involved” ex-husband in Ben Duke and a nanny, she’s hardly going it alone.
“I have a relatively easy single parent life — we do support each other so much in our parenting and really do co-parent in every sense of the word,” she says of Ben. “When people ask me to speak about being a single mother, I often say I couldn’t even begin to speak upon those issues!” Emerging from their divorce unscathed is a source of pride for the one-time couple, who together are parents to Maud, 14, Leo, 11, Lucy, 9, and Nell, 7. Annie adds,
“I wish that every divorced couple would remember this: You chose your partner, so take responsibility for that decision.

It seems that if we have someone to rely on for being very competitive, very cunning, and very tricky players in a reality show, it'd have to be poker players. Annie Duke on The Celebrity Apprentice, anyone? Well, throw The Amazing Race to that list, too.
Lately the Internet's been slightly abuzz when sources from within CBS confirmed that the upcoming season of the show will feature a team composed of two professional poker players. But, of course, they're not telling who they are.

Kris Allen beating Adam Lambert as the new "American Idol" champ is out of prediction. This raises an argument whether Adam loses the "Idol" crown because of his sexuality since he recorded great performance during the season.
Adam, 27-year-old, never really proclaimed himself as a gay. He just stated, "I am who I am", when he was asked about the subject of his sexuality. However, pictures of him kissing another man has been spread through Internet during the season 8.
Some people think Adam's sexuality is a major factor determining his loss to Kris on "Idol", such as Annie Duke, recent "Celebrity Apprentice" runner-up, who said, "I seriously think Adam lost just because he is gay. Bummed. Bummed. Bummed." In opposite, Paul Katz from The Huffington Post believes that Adam would have not made until the top 2 if his gay rumor affected people's votes since his pictures kissing a guy has appeared weeks prior.

Sorry, reality-tv conspiracy theorists; despite what some of you might have to say, Melissa Rivers—whose mother Joan Rivers beat out poker pro Annie Duke on Celebrity Apprentice earlier this week—says the show's results aren't fixed. "Oh God—it's not fixed at all!" Rivers tells Ok! Magazine. "Trust me." In fact, Rivers—who competed earlier on in the season before getting eliminated—says that the results are unpredictable that she'd get a little nauseous when going into the boardroom. "I think that my throwing up before going on [to be judged by Donald Trump] proves that we didn't know what was going on," Rivers recalls. "It's.
