Dig on these Exclusive Nsfw Stills that director Anthony G. Sumner, don't show your kids or memaw this shit! Psycho Street is another cool film I'm close to and been following for a long time. The horror anthology has a really cool and insane segment called "Lewis", sounds pretty tame and simple but it'll shock, floor and possibly offend you, it pushed the envelope as far or futher than anything I've seen in a long time and will probably make you go pray after witnessing the bloody carnage that is "Lewis".
If you've been missing that 70's horror feel then this is what you've been looking for, devil worship, sacrifice, blood, gore and nudity all in one segment! I have a lot of friends invloved with "Lewis" and the entire anthology and I'm happy to see all of this come together!

Kaylee Williams Remember this actress by the name of Meg Tilly who got her start in horror with One Dark Night and Psycho II? She went on to star in this little film known as The Big Chill and she just happened to score an Oscar nomination for her performance in Agnes of Kid. Or how about this other actress known by the name of Renee Zellweger who starred in Return of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre? She went on to star in Chicago, Jerry Maguire and she happen to win an Oscar for Cold Mountain. So what does Meg Tilly and Renee Zellweger have to do with Kaylee Williams? Both actresses can come across as quiet and introverted, but when you put a movie camera on them, they have this compelling screen presence. Kaylee Williams comes across quiet like Zellweger and Tilly, but she comes alive on camera with this unique,...

Well, this is my first post here on Geek Tyrant, so I guess I should introduce myself. My name is Deneen Melody, and I am an actress that has been given the opportunity to write here on Geek Tyrant, yay! It is pretty darn cool to have the chance to do something like this, so I would also like to thank Geeky Bastard himself, Brian Shirley, and the rest of the Geek Tyrant team. I hope that my blog will gain some new followers to the site and give an insight to the world of an independent actress. (Who just happens to be a huge Geek. So, expect plenty of posts about Geek Culture as well.)
Anyway, a few weeks ago, one of my feature films had its world premiere in Chicago at the Horror Society Film Festival. This film is called Slices Of Life, a horror anthology directed by...

For the fifth year in a row, October gets a little creepier and scarier when the Spooky Movie Film Festival rolls into the Washington, D.C. area on Oct. 21-25 for six terrifying nights of of feature films and shorts.
Every year, Spooky Movie redefines the very definition of “horror” by presenting an absolutely unique selection films from all over the world. This year the bloody offerings range from backwoods horror comedies to documentaries to Norwegian and British zombie flicks to Australian monster movies and more.
Most exciting, however, is the return of the father of the splatter movie himself: Herschell Gordon Lewis, who will be screening his latest gore extravaganza, the diabolical The Uh-Oh Show!. This is Lewis’ first gross-out flick in seven years and is an unholy combination of blood, social satire and fairy tales. Bad Lit’s seen it and thinks it’s a real hoot and a holler.

With vampires currently enjoying their all-media heyday, it remains a challenge for writers and filmmakers to put a new and different spin on the bloodsucker story. Acclaimed Canadian writer Douglas Smith delivered just that, coming up with a unique twist in his short story “By Her Hand, She Draws You Down.” When producer/writer/director Anthony G. Sumner and producer Alan Rowe Kelly read the tale, they contacted Smith and got his blessing to turn the disquieting story into a short film, and By Her Hand, She Draws You Down is now hitting the festival circuit—and worth seeking out.

I met Arthur Cullipher in Louisville, Kentucky at the Fright Night Film Fest this summer and have made a friend for life. One of the funniest and nicest guys you'd ever want to meet and he is talented too! He and his Clockwerk Pictures team have created one of the darkest and disturbing short films I've ever witnessed with 'Come', think Lovecraft and R-rated Twilight Zone episode mixed with a little Outer Limits, all on acid and then stuck in a blender, I haven't been lucky enough to witness more from him but I'm sure that day is coming. Arthur is a part of Clockwerk Pictures and even the Dark Carnival Film Fest. He's an FX artist, he writes, directs, produces, even makes action figures and can make you laugh in a second! Kaylee Williams is yet another name that falls into my "Nex Gen of Horror" watch. Don't worry, she does other films besides horror, that's just my little thing I have for these young talented people who are really getting noticed for their indie work. Kaylee also likes to do a little combat training from time to time so you bettter back off because I have another bodyguard now! She was also recently nominated for Best Actress in a Short at the 2010 Oklahoma Horror Film Fest for her lead role in 'The Many Monsters of Sarah Roth' and she'll also be there, the fest runs from between September 3-5. Check out my latest "Versus" to see what all goes on the world of actress Kaylee Williams.

Nothing kicks off the day quite like a big ol’ slab of blood-soaked horror. Anthony G. Sumner’s upcoming gorefest “Slices of Life” looks pretty sick and twisted, which is just the way I like it. The good folks over at Dread Central were among the first to get their hands on a teaser trailer, poster art, and a synopsis for the film, all of which have been lovingly embedded below. That’s just the type of people we are. To set the mood, an official synopsis: Mira (Kaylee Williams) awakens in front of a seedy roadside motel with amnesia. She searches for clues to her identity in the pages of three bound sketchbooks, in which each book represents a different aspect of everyday life, maybe her life. Work Life A lowly clerk at a nano technology firm unleashes a deadly virus at the office headquarters, giving new meaning to the term corporate zombie.
