Here at Dread we search high and low sometimes to bring you the very best and most twisted indie stuff we can find as a means to turn you guys on to something cool or, in this case, absolutely frigid! Dare you tune in to the new short film by director Oliver Tietgen, Blood Snow? We promise it'll be worth your while!
"Cineasts could benevolently call this a meditation on art itself and how far it can go, but most people would simply call it trash," says Tietgen of his new film. "I couldn't care less. I'm just happy that my actors showed so much enthusiasm over the two days of shooting at -8°C (17.6°F)."
Blood Snow stars Kerem Demirörs, Adrian Dittus, Silvia Karbautzki, and Rüdiger Lüthge and tells the tale of two men who meet in the snow and discover the beauty of the contrast of red on white.
