- Mainly known for her frequent collaborations with an acclaimed Korean director - Park Chan-wook, Seo-kyeong Jeong has served as the writer for Park's latest features: Lady Vengeance (2005), I'm a Cyborg, But That's OK (2006), Thirst (2009) and The Handmaiden (2016); For: I'm a Cyborg, But That's OK and The Handmaiden, she was awarded with a Sitges Film Festival Award for Best Screenplay (2007) and a CFCA Award (2016) for Best Adapted Screenplay (both of which she shared with Park).
