His last cinematical works came in 1920 into being like Arthur Wellin's "Schwarzwaldmädel" (1920) with Uschi Elleot and Ria Jenda and "Das rote Plakat" (1920) directed by Emil Justitz with Ernst Hofmann, Georg H. Schnell and Ida Perry.
The actor Oskar Linke was able to launch a busy silent movie career in the second half of the 10s but it lasted only till 1920.
His first appearance in front of the camera was for William Karfiol's "s'kommt anders" (1916) with Siegfried Berisch and Edith Meller.
In the next few years he took part in other cinematical works, among them "Mac als Juxgraf" (1919) with Mac Walten in the title role (Mac Walten became later a famous photographer of German movie stars).
