S.R. Ross
- Writer
Little is known about the identity of author S.R. Ross, other than what appears in the intro to the writer's only known published story, "You Got to Have Luck" in the October 1952 issue Ellery Queen's Mystery Magazine. There it is stated that the author was a woman in her mid-twenties and that it was her first published story. Unless there was some kind of editorial mistake, this disqualifies the theory that it was the same person as prolific television writer Stanley Ralph Ross, who was male and incidentally would not start writing for the screen until 1965.
