The upcoming joint tour featuring Limp Bizkit, Corey Feldman, and Bones — affectionately dubbed “Loserville” — is one of the more bizarre tour packages in recent memory.
It’s fitting, then, that the upcoming tourmates drop a promo video as hilariously absurd as their own personas.

The 17-minute clip sees Fred Durst and Wes Borland of Limp Bizkit engaging in a group interview with Bones, Eddy Baker, N8NOFACE, Feldman, and Riff Raff. Or at least, attempting a group interview.
With such a gang of vivid personalities, the session threatens to go off the rails before it even starts. Riff Raff stands anxiously outside the soundstage, wondering whether the catering truck with have organic acai bowls and waiting for Amazon to deliver a scooter he scored on clearance. Meanwhile, Borland also has a specific fruit request (organic bananas from Florida) and Feldman demands to be shadowed by his expressionless body guard.

Bill Murray has joined the already-stacked cast of director Dito Montiel’s upcoming crime comedy Riff Raff. More details below.
Dito Montiel’s crime comedy Riff Raff has set up quite a cast. Jennifer Coolidge, Ed Harris, Gabrielle Union, Lewis Pullman, Emanuela Postacchini, Miles J Harvey and Pete Davidson are all set to appear, and the film has just added another star to its ranks.
Bill Murray, who was just seen in Ghostbusters: The Frozen Empire, will also appear in Riff Raff, Variety reports.
According to the same article, Riff Raff – not to be confused with the 1991 Ken Loach film of the same name – follows a former criminal, whose ordinary life is turned upside down when his family shows up for a “long-awaited reckoning”. John Pollono, whose work takes in Grey’s Anatomy, Masters Of Sex, and the 2021 indie comedy Small Engine Repair, has written the script.

One week before Alynda Segarra’s father died, he mailed them a package. It was a box of all the music Segarra had sent him over the span of nearly 20 years, ever since they’d left their childhood home in the Bronx to travel the country. Everything they’d recorded, from burned CDs for street and jazz bands they’d played in, to records from Segarra’s own band of more than a decade, Hurray for the Riff Raff, was in there.

Hurray for the Riff Raff released single “Hawkmoon,” the last preview of their forthcoming album The Past Is Still Alive, due Feb 23.
The new track is described as a “rebellious road song and stirring remembrance of the first trans woman that Alynda Segarra ever met,” according to a press release, and arrives alongside by a music video complete with bank robberies, middle-of-nowhere diner, motel room, and outlaws on the run in New Mexico.
“‘Hawkmoon’ is a song about running away — a trans song, and memories of the first trans woman I ever met.

“Alibi,” the opening track of Hurray for the Riff Raff’s The Past Is Still Alive, embraces the sense of invincibility that comes from facing down the very worst that life can throw at you. “You don’t have to die if you don’t wanna die/You can take it all back in the nick of time,” Alynda Segarra sings. The arrangement, featuring organ and bursts of tambourine, imbues the song with a sense of resilience and liberation—a relentlessly forward-moving spirit that recalls the music of Lucinda Williams, Gillian Welch, and Waxahatchee.
The rest of The Past Is Still Alive is likewise informed by recollections of both a friend’s addiction and the passing of Segarra’s father, charting a determined, if sometimes uneasy, journey to make peace with uncomfortable truths. “Snake Plant” alternates between pleasantly mundane memories to direct addresses to a friend battling addiction (“I know...

It has been far too long since Rose Glass released her debut, Saint Maud, one of many that helped confirm that A24 was the premiere studio for horror. But now we finally have a trailer for her sophomore feature, Love Lies Bleeding, which sees Glass stepping outside of the genre and could very well prove she’s more than what we expected.
In the trailer for Love Lies Bleeding, we see Kristen Stewart’s Lou meeting Katy O’Brian’s Jackie before heading off into a world of shady dealings, dead bodies and revenge, which the trailer notes “gets ripped.” We also get a look at Ed Harris in what is surely his creepiest look to date, like Rocky Horror’s Riff Raff clawed his way out of the desert. The trailer notably features Bronski Beat’s “Smalltown Boy”, a classic of LGBTQ music.

If you ever thought to yourself, What would it be like if Limp Bizkit and Corey Feldman went on tour together?, then you might belong in Loserville. No, we’re not taking jabs at you (but come on…) – that’s the name of the tour. Fred Durst and the most limp of bizkits will be hitting the road next year for the Loserville Tour, their first in the U.S. since 2022’s Still Sucks shows.
The Loserville tour will see Limp Bizkit and company hitting all of your favorite U.S. cities, like Somerset, Wi, Holmdel, NJ and Pelham, Al. All right, so Limp Bizkit is an easy target, but they’ll still be landing in Toronto, Charlotte, Houston, and some other metropolitans over the course of their 24-city tour. Unfortunately for hometown devotees, they won’t be making it to Jacksonville, Fl, instead taking the stage in Tampa about three hours away.

"The Rocky Horror Picture Show" is pure absurdity from start to finish, but the ending might be the most over-the-top and confusing moment of the entire film. The squares Brad and Janet have found sexual freedom in Dr. Frank-n-Furter's lab, but tensions boil over when Janet sleeps with Frank's hunky creation, Rocky. Luckily, Frank offers a solution — free love.
Sadly, the orgy is interrupted by his backstabbing servants Magenta and Riff Raff. They tell Dr. Frank-n-Furter that they are taking over his castle, which doubles as a spaceship and will be returning to Transylvania. Dr. Frank-n-Furter reluctantly agrees to go home, but unfortunately, he never makes it there — the evil twins gun him down, along with Rocky and his tap-dancing disciple Columbia. Luckily for Brad and Janet, the aliens are kind enough to let them escape before flying the castle back to their home planet.

AC/DC played their first show in seven years on Saturday night (October 7th) at the Power Trip festival in Indio, California. The evening also featured a set by fellow Rock & Roll Hall of Famers Judas Priest.

Lloyd Kaufman’s 1984 horror-comedy “The Toxic Avenger” is, in its own trashy way, a classic. Classic enough to spawn its own mini-franchise, at least, as well as prop up the fortunes of Kaufman’s company, Troma Entertainment, for multiple decades. And you don’t mess with the classics, which is why it’s just as well that writer-director Macon Blair throws it all out but the toxic waste in his new reboot.
Compared to Kaufman’s proud juvenilia, the point of view in this rebooted “Toxic Avenger” is downright mature. Peter Dinklage stars as Winston, a janitor at a sinister corporation called BT Healthstyle in the town of St. Roma’s Village and a single stepfather to sensitive preteen Wade (Jacob Tremblay). Wade’s mother died of cancer a few years earlier, and Winston dutifully cares for her son while getting little emotionally in return. He’s broke, meek, and lonely,...

Richard O’Brien has revealed that the inspiration for his most famous creation — Dr. Frank N. Furter, the “sweet transvestite” mad scientist played by Tim Curry in the 1975 cult classic The Rocky Horror Picture Show — was inspired by his own experiences cross-dressing and grappling with his gender identity as a young aspiring actor from New Zealand living in London in the early 1970s.
“It actually comes from me,” says O’Brien, who wrote the book and score to the original Rocky Horror Show stage play that inspired the film (which turns 50 this month), and played the put-upon butler Riff Raff in both. “I used to beat myself up about the hand I was dealt. I don’t know how it works. I have no idea. I’ve read many tomes about the subject of the transvestic nature. It’s the cards you’re dealt. In a binary world it’s a bit of curse,...

With the upcoming third season, the departure of Henry Cavill as Geralt, and the prequel series The Witcher: Blood Origins, fans are ever so curious about The Rats. Andrzej Sapkowski’s books go far beyond the title characters, including a misfit group of renegades. The Rats was announced as a hush-hush prequel spinoff series that Netflix has not yet confirmed. New details reveal the series is underway.
Ciri on a horse in ‘The Witcher’ Season 2 | via Netflix ‘The Rats’ is part of Ciri’s storyline in the original ‘The Witcher’ books
In November, Redanian Intelligence reported that a new The Witcher spinoff series was in the works. Tentatively titled The Rats, the spinoff would explore a lesser-known group of characters that the series has never introduced. The Rats are a group of Nilfgaardian youngsters who are renegades, thieves, and even killers.

Samuel Goldwyn Films has acquired North American rights to “True Things,” Harry Wootliff‘s critically acclaimed sophomore film headlined by “The Affair” star Ruth Wilson and Tom Burke.
The psychological drama world premiered at this year’s Venice and went on to play at Toronto and London film festivals. It marks Wootliff’s follow-up to her BAFTA-nominated and BIFA-winning romantic drama “Only You,” which starred Laia Costa and Josh O’Connor.
“True Things” is an adaptation of Deborah Kay Davies’ book “True Things About Me,” based on a script by Wootliff and Molly Davies.
Wilson stars as Kate, a woman who is sleep-walking through life when a chance sexual encounter with a charismatic stranger awakens her. High on infatuation, what follows is an intoxicating car crash.

“True Things,” which world premieres Saturday in Venice’s Horizons section, is the fruit of a collaboration between the production companies of two stars, Jude Law and Ruth Wilson, the first feature film that she has produced, as well as The Bureau, a production company with a stellar track-record for delivering arthouse hits.
When literary agent Cathryn Summerhayes sent Deborah Kay Davies’ novel “True Things About Me” to Ben Jackson, who runs Law’s production company, Riff Raff U.K., he found the story “gripping, interesting and weirdly relatable,” as well as “very modern and timely.”
The story follows a thirtysomething, fed-up singleton with a dreary job in a dead-end town. When a charismatic stranger crosses her path she dives into an intoxicating yet toxic relationship, which puts her at odds with family, friends and bosses, and pushes her to the edge.

Harry Wootliff, one of Britain’s rising women filmmakers, is in Venice for the world premiere, in the Horizons section, of her second feature, “True Things,” starring Ruth Wilson and Tom Burke. The film also plays at Toronto. Variety spoke to the writer-director, and the producers, Wilson, Jude Law, Tristan Goligher and Ben Jackson.
The film, based on Deborah Kay Davies’ novel “True Things About Me,” was initially developed by Jackson and Law’s production company Riff Raff U.K. and Wilson’s Lady Lazarus. When they brought on board The Bureau’s Tristan Goligher, he recommended Wootliff, with whom he was working on relationship drama “Only You.” That film went on to earn her a BAFTA nomination for outstanding debut, and the British Independent Film Award for debut director.
“True Things” follows Kate, a single woman in her early thirties, working in a dead-end office job in an English coastal town.

“It was fifteen years ago, and I still don’t believe it,” says DJ Paul of Three 6 Mafia, possibly the most shocking Oscar winners in history. The Memphis-spawned hip-hop group won Best Original Song in 2006 for the theme track from the Terence Howard-starring film “Hustle & Flow,” which bears the spectacularly unsubtle title of “It’s Hard Out Here for a Pimp.”
It’s safe to say the Academy Awards had never seen anything like the group’s performance on the show, either. There was an elaborate, Oscar-level set themed around the film with dancers and dazzling lights, but there was also Three 6 Mafia swaggering across the stage in street wear while the film’s co-star Taraji P. Henson belted the song’s chorus, resplendent in a glamorous white dress and heels.
