John Gluck(1925-2000)

Songwriter ("It's My Party [And I'll Cry If I Want To]" ), composer and
author, educated at Western Reserve University (Bachelor of Arts). He
was a song-plugger for a New York music publisher for three years, and
joined ASCAP in 1954. His chief musical collaborators included Herb
Wiener and Jay Darrow, and his other popular-song compositions include
"Who Put the Devil in Evelyn's Eyes?", "Let's Go Calypso" and "Can't
Wait for Summer".
