Amazon has announced that more than 40 presenters and former professionals will be part of its English Premier League lineup, with its coverage of the soccer competition kicking-off in December.
Amazon secured rights to show the Premier League in the UK last year, and will air 20 matches a season. Coverage will launch on December 3 with mid-week fixtures, before it shows 10 matches on December 26-27.
BBC presenter Gabby Logan will anchor the Sunset+Vine-produced action, alongside Eilidh Barbour — a BBC and Sky broadcaster — and Jim Rosenthal, a veteran who has covered the world’s biggest sporting events for major UK broadcasters.
Logan is already hosting weekly Amazon soccer show Back of the Net, but her presence on live coverage is still a coup for the Jeff Bezos-owned streamer. Logan is one of the BBC’s highest-profile presenters, taking home a salary of more than £290,000 and hosting shows including Sports Personality of the Year.

When BBC football commentator Guy Mowbray visited Digital Spy to talk about tomorrow's Fa Cup final between Arsenal and Aston Villa, we couldn't resist asking him to name five of his favourite sports shows of all time.
Which programme would Mowbray resurrect? Which show is the definition of English summer? Find out below...
Guy Mowbray looks ahead to the Fa Cup final on BBC: 'It's still the best competition to me'
1. Match of the Day
"Match of the Day is top obviously, because I've been working on it for 11 years!
"I grew up watching it. My first memories of football were on it. So that's without a doubt the best - the longest-running consecutive television programme, not just sport. 50 years of consecutive broadcast."
2. Grandstand
"I've got to put Grandstand up there as well. I would love to see Grandstand on now.

Arsenal vs Aston Villa. Tomorrow, the two clubs will go head to head in the final of the prestigious Fa Cup.
The BBC, having regained the rights to the football competition for this season, is going all-out to mark the occasion with a full day of coverage across BBC One, BBC Two, Radio 5 live and the BBC Sport website.
BBC commentator Guy Mowbray sat down with Digital Spy this week to talk about the importance of the Fa Cup, as well as the continued success of Match of the Day and his take on the recent FIFA arrests.
BBC is dedicating a full day of football coverage on Saturday. Do you think broadcasters should do more to help restore the Fa Cup back to its former glory?
"I think this season, the BBC has done everything it can, right from the first round onwards. People have been aware of it.

Match of the Day celebrates its 50th anniversary this week, after launching back in August 1964 with a game between Arsenal and Liverpool.
Half a century later, after five decades of triumph and tragedy for football fans across the country, the UK's flagship football programme is still going strong and remains as iconic as ever.
To celebrate this, Digital Spy has collated its own Premier League table of Motd icons from past and present. Using a (likely contentious) points system based around football knowledge, longevity on the show and a certain 'magic factor' that makes them a warm presence on our screens, this is our just-for-fun chart of the biggest names in its history.
Key: K=Knowledge L=Longevity M=Magic Factor (out of 10)
20. Robbie Savage – 14 points
K: 4, L: 4, M: 6
Love him or hate him, Robbie has grown to become one of Motd's most regular pundits over the past couple of...

I never thought I'd ever say this, but ITV aren't as bad as everyone makes out when it comes to live football. Hear me out - it's not as crazy as it may first sound.
For years, I've been baffled that anyone would choose to watch ITV over BBC One if given the choice. However, as this year's World Cup has proved so far, both channels have had their fair share of gaffes and errors.
The BBC is pretty stellar when it comes to live tennis, snooker, athletics and many other sports, and Match of the Day is clearly light years ahead of ITV's The Premiership, but has ITV suddenly gained back some ground this year?
There's probably two words that you're thinking which throws out my argument: Adrian Chiles. The former BBC man has become the face of ITV football, possibly because they're stuck with him and don't know where to plonk him.

The BBC has confirmed that it received 445 complaints about Phil Neville's commentary of England vs Italy at the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
The former England defender co-commentated the match alongside Guy Mowbray on Saturday (June 14) and was the subject of much mirth and criticism on Twitter for his supposedly soporific voice.
Neville responded to the social media reaction by thanking fans for the feedback and saying that it will only make him better.
A BBC statement read: "Phil is an important, well-respected member of our team and will continue to play a key role throughout the tournament, both as a studio guest and match commentator."
Neville will be a studio pundit for Iran vs Nigeria today (June 16), for Russia vs South Korea tomorrow (June 17) and Nigeria vs Bosnia on Saturday (June 21).
England's next two group games, against Uruguay on Thursday (June 19) and Costa Rica next Tuesday (June 24) are being broadcast live on ITV,...
