Apart from trying his hand at wrestling and business and magnificently succeeding, Dwayne Johnson has garnered impressive success as an actor too.
Besides being the leading man in the fan-favorite Jumanji reboot saga and a part of the Fast and Furious film series, he has also notably tried his acting chops in the superhero genre as well, playing Black Adam in the Dceu.

But The Rock is not done yet, because the latest exclusive reports are claiming he just might end up becoming a part of the MCU pretty soon as well. Plus, the role he is rumored for is that of En Sabah Nur, which Mike Tyson considers to be the ‘best hero’ from the entire MCU lore.
That said, Johnson could actually bring Tyson’s favorite MCU character back to life if these reports are true!

Having been through multiple writers and now at least two directors, there's understandably a lot of concern among fans about whether Marvel Studios' Blade reboot will ever see the light of day.
The movie was first announced in 2019 at the end of a splashy Hall H panel which saw Kevin Feige introduce Mahershala Ali as the McU's new Daywalker. However, doing so without a script or creative team in place might not have been the smartest idea in hindsight!
Regardless, five years have passed since we first learned of plans for Blade and much is being said about where things stand with the movie.
Now, the latest person to wade into the discussion is the original big screen Daywalker himself, Wesley Snipes...

Dwayne Johnson and his Seven Bucks Productions have cracked an exciting deal with The Walt Disney Company that allows him to appear across all Disney platforms. This new deal has also opened doors for The Rock to enter into the MCU. The actor previously tried to make a name with DC’s Black Adam. However, Johnson can now move on from that debacle with his new contract.

The new first-look deal between The Walt Disney Company and The Rock’s Seven Bucks Productions allows the actor to appear anywhere across all the Disney platforms. While the deal was crazy enough to raise chatter, the fans also speculate that Dwayne Johnson may join the MCU soon.

Marvel Studios Plans for new Guardians Of The Galaxy Film Post Secret Wars - Main Image
James Gunn may have left Marvel Studios, and his Guardians of the Galaxy trilogy may have ended, but there are rumours that the fan-favourite group of intergalactic criminals will return to the big screen. Marvel Studios plans a new Guardians of the Galaxy movie after Avengers: Secret Wars.
The 2023 Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is the trilogy's final film, but the journey seems far from over.
Sure, the third film’s conclusion feels like the story's completion, but it features two significant teases that hint at the franchise's continuation in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The first hint comes when a new Guardians team seemingly assembling, with Rocket, Groot, and Kraglin teaming up with Phyla, Adam Warlock, Blurp, and Cosmo.
Though nothing is confirmed yet, these seven can be the new lineup.

With just five months to go until the release of Venom: The Last Dance, we surprisingly know very little about the movie, but that’s all set to change as there have been rumblings that the first trailer will debut next week.
The BBFC (British Board of Film Classification) has classified a 2-minute, 27-second trailer for Venom: The Last Dance. Scooper Daniel Richtman narrowed down the release window, saying it will be released on Monday. The trailer is expected to screen in front of Bad Boys: Ride or Die, which hits theaters on June 7th.
Related Venom 3 gets a new title and release date
As I mentioned above, plot details regarding Venom: The Last Dance have been kept under wraps, so it will be nice to finally know a little of what to expect from what’s being billed as the third and final installment of the franchise. Tom Hardy stars as Eddie Brock/Venom,...

Avengers 5 was originally titled Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. However, the movie lost that shortly after Marvel Studios decided to take the focus off Kang the Conqueror (a reaction to Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania's mixed reviews and Jonathan Majors' firing).
While there have been some pretty reliable Doctor Doom rumours, a new actor is expected to play a Kang Variant who serves as the Multiverse Saga's main threat. Meanwhile, Loki and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness writer Michael Waldron is overhauling Avengers 5's script after Jeff Loveness first took a crack at it.
He was supposedly fired from the project shortly after the Ant-Man threequel flopped, while Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings director Destin Daniel Cretton left the movie to focus on Wonder Man and the Shang-Chi sequel.
Scooper @MyTimeToShineH has shared an update on Avengers 5 today, claiming that pre-production begins next month.

While we never got to see Peter losing Uncle Ben in the MCU, which makes sense as it has been done to death in other iterations, No Way Home did leave fans teary-eyed with Aunt May’s demise. Although heartbreaking for sure, this could be regarded as this version of Peter’s canon event, as her death and Nwh‘s ending set the path for a more traditional Spider-Man story moving forward.
However, per new reports, it seems this wasn’t the last of Marisa Tomei’s Aunt May in the MCU, as Spider-Man 4 is reportedly planning to bring her back in some form.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe has always given us big bad villains who know how to put our beloved Avengers in the worst possible situations. While we have come to love some of them like Loki, it’s a little too difficult to do so with others like Thanos. And now, a report suggests that Dwayne Johnson could be taking on the responsibility for playing the MCU’s next big bad.
Dwayne Johnson in Red Notice (2021) | Seven Bucks Productions
We all had a lot of expectations with Kang the Conqueror but how things played out in Ant-Man 3 and everything regarding Jonathan Majors’ personal life seems to have dulled out our hopes. The villain Dwayne Johnson is rumored to be playing just might be what the MCU needs but not everyone is happy with the potential casting.

Being one of the MCU’s beloved characters, Captain America has been involved in numerous projects. Currently, there’s a movie in the works centered on Sam Wilson’s Captain America, slated for release in 2025. Additionally, recent rumors suggest that Chris Evans’s Captain America may come out of retirement.
Reportedly, Chris Evans is set to return in a limited series that follows Captain America’s journey to return the Infinity Stones to their rightful places in time, as per MyTimeToShineHello.
The concept does seem intriguing, especially considering that the process depicted in the movies was glossed over and rushed. This rumor gains further traction from other recent reports suggesting that Evans has already signed on to reprise his former role.

As one of the most popular MCU characters, Captain America has quite a few projects under his belt. There’s a movie currently in production revolving around Sam Wilson’s Captain America, bound to be released in 2025. And, if the latest rumors are to be trusted, Chris Evan’s Captain America will be pulled out of his retirement as well.
According to MyTimeToShineHello, Chris Evans will be returning to a limited series focused on Captain America returning Infinity Stones to their proper place in time.
The concept does sounds intriguing since the process we’ve seen in the movies was simply glossed over and rushed. The rumor is further supported by other recent rumors that Evans has apparently already signed an agreement to return to his former role.

Marvel Studios has plenty of projects in the making, even after it was announced by Iger that they plan on significantly reducing their output. One of the most anticipated projects it’s certainly an ‘X-Men’ live-action reboot.
The reboot has been in plans ever since Disney took control of Fox properties X-Men and Fantastic Four. Now we don’t know whether the rumor we have for you is tied specifically to the X-Men reboot but it certainly sounds like that.
According to MyTimeToShineHello, a somewhat reliable leaker and scooper, Janelle Monàe is in talks to join the MCU franchise, as none other than Storm.

‘Thanos’ Josh Brolin Reacts To His MCU Return Via Deadpool & Wolverine (Picture Credit: IMDb)
Josh Brolin, fired up for his upcoming film, Dune: Part Two’s theatrical release, has made the Marvel fans quandary with his cryptic response to a Deadpool & Wolverine question. He is one of those actors who has appeared in dual roles in the Marvel movies as part of the film’s central storyline. He was MCU’s big baddie Thanos, and he played the role of Cable in Deadpool 2.
The Marvel movies not only give the actors ample exposure but also prove to benefit them financially. Rdj is among the highest-paid actors ever, earning around $435 million from his Marvel role as Iron Man. Nintendo announced today that they are developing a live-action Legend of Zelda movie set to be directed by Wes Ball (Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes) and written by Derek Connolly (Jurassic World). Update: Scooper Daniel Richtman shared on his Patreon that the studio is looking for an actor between the ages of 15-20 to play Link, which likely means that Tom Holland, who has frequently been fan-cast as the character, is out of the running.

Marvel/Sony’s currently untitled Spider-Man 3 is going all out on being the biggest, boldest threequel it can be, possibly in an attempt to best 2007’s original Spider-Man 3, which is widely regarded as the weakest of the Sam Raimi trilogy. That said, the filmmakers are still going to honor that divisive movie in some form. This Muppets Now review contains spoilers.
Muppets Now Episode 5
Muppets Now ends its first and possibly only season with its sixth episode “Socialized.” I couldn’t imagine a more fitting season finale for this show. Half of it relies on the same tired gags as every episode before it. The other half is fresh and shows that although the show can be incredibly tedious, there’s still absolute gold to be mined in there.
The framing plot this time around is that Kermit’s nephew Robin is the show’s social media intern and is constantly bugging Scooter by showing him how much support he has from the other Muppets. The “support” is really just everyone bitching and moaning about how slow Scooter is. Luckily, there are some funny moments – brief as they are – to be found. I admit, the simple idea of Pepe memeing Scooter and misnaming to him as “Scooper” makes me chuckle.
