- Jack Hourigan (Food Network, and WUAB's The Block (2003)) is the youngest of nine children, Jack Hourigan grew up just outside Toronto, Ontario, in Canada. A graduate of McGill University in Montreal and the famed Second City Conservatory, she has written and performed three shows with "The Second City Cleveland". In her spare time, she co-hosts The Block (2003) on UPN and reports mildly amusing stories for CBS 19-Action News in Cleveland.
