Jamesen Re was born in Melbourne Australia to Italian parents.
Jamesen at a very young age loved to entertain. Be it singing, dancing,
telling stories, or just being the class clown, his love for performing
was evident early on.
After taking acting classes and working as a freelance performer, Jamesen's credentials began to grow slowly, appearing in many television commercials and landing roles in some of Australia's top rating dramas.
Now wanting to develop his craft further, Jamesen auditioned and was accepted into the Victorian College of the Arts, Australia's leading theater study program. Upon completing his Bachelor of Dramatic Arts Degree with honors, he gained invaluable experience and confidence, cementing his life calling of being a professional actor.
Since then Jamesen has starred mainly in theater productions such as The Cherry Orchard, Vinegar Tom, and The Three Sisters. and more recently was awarded best actor at the La Mamma Theater festival in Steven Berkoff's East for his role as the outlandish Les, backed up by his outstanding portrayal as King Claudius in Shakespeare's Hamlet.
Looking to further expand his acting portfolio, he moved to the US, New York area, where he continues to pursue his dreams.
