Nicki Flores is a pure American Mutt and proud of it. She grew up in a military family spending most of her childhood in the Philippines and Texas. This experience along with a diverse background of Mexican, Apache, Dutch, and Hungarian Gypsy from an immigrant mother and grandparents influences her perspective on life. At the age of 18 Nicki joined the military by attending the United States Air Force Academy where she earned her Engineering degree. She progressed to pilot training qualifying to fly the KC-135 Stratotanker (Big gas station in the sky). After 10 years she decided to travel with her husband and lived in Japan and Germany while journeying throughout Asia and Europe. Looking for a videographer for her new business idea, Nicki entered a short film competition for fun. Recognized for her script and editing, Nicki found her calling. This brought together her love of photography and watching creatures features and bad kung fu movies with her dad. Nicki earned her BFA in Film and Media arts at the University of Tampa in Dec of 2022 and plans to open an independent film company based in Tampa, Florida.
