- On 11/19/2022 his son Anderson Lee Aldrich--who had legally changed his name from Nicholas Franklin Brink--allegedly walked into the Club Q, a gay/lesbian bar in Colorado Springs, CO, pulled out an AR15-style rifle and opened fire, killing five people and wounding 17. Two patrons jumped him and held him until police arrived and arrested him.
