Her real name is Manuela Ferisovic. She was born on 7th of August in Pula (ex Jugoslavia) according to some sources, in Roma, according to some others. Her mother is Brazilian and father German.
Manuela was a resident of Vienna in the 1990s. She was the female vocalist of Imperio, a Eurodance band, under the pseudonym Manuela Ray and also did vocals for the project Decadance. With Imperio, she scored many hits and performed in 750 live appearances.
Many gold records and thousands of live shows later, Manuela was discovered by Elite modeling agency, with whom she successfully worked for many years. She has also worked as a writer and host for a Viennese television channel ATV. Having achieved everything she has dreamed of thus far, she decided to take on an artistic challenge.
She has always dreamed of and signed up for a 3 year program at the New York Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. Before Manuela finished her studies, she was cast in the successful HBO series, The Sopranos, as a guest star. Life continues to be a journey which Manuela captures through writing, poetry and songs.
