- (1951) He designed the costumes for William Shakespeare's play, "The Comedy of Errors", at the Old Vic School Theatre in London, England with Prunella Scales CBE, Dame Joan Plowright CBE, Margaret Ashcroft, Yvonne Bonnamy, James Vowden, Jerome Willis, Patrick Wymark, Colin Jeavons, Christopher Hancock, John Abineri, Rosalind Knight, Dilys Hamlett, Priscilla Morgan, Alan Dobie, Alan Spencer, Eric Thompson, Clive Revill, James Maxwell, Donald Pickering and Douglas Rain in the cast. The crew included Richard Negri (technical designer), Casper Wrede, Frank Dunlop, Christopher Morahan in the technical production. The faculty included Glen Byam Shaw, Peter Streuli, Jani Strasser, Leslie Fyson, Norman Ayrton and Margaret Harris. George Devine was the producer.
- (June 1954) He designed the costumes for William Shakespeare's play, "The Merchant of Venice", at the Library Theatre in Manchester, England with the Elizabethan Theatre Company that included Josée Richard, Tony Church, Frank Windsor, Colin George, Peter Jeffrey, Clifford Rose, Peter Ellis, Yvonne Bonnamy and Deirdre Doone in the cast. Sir Peter Hall CBE was the director. The crew included Anthony Waller (sets) and Brian Easdale (music). The Company was under the artistic direction of John Barton, Colin George, Hough Goldie, Sir Peter Hall CBE and Toby Robertson.
- (July 3, 1963) He designed the costumes for John Fletcher's play, "The Chances", in the first performance of the first season at the Chichester Festival Theatre in Chichester, Sussex, England with Rosemary Harris, Kathleen Harrison, Robert Lang, Keith Michell, John Neville and Joan Plowright in the cast. Laurence Olivier was the director.
