- I understood what she meant. These are struggles that my younger sisters went through, coming to me as the older brother saying, 'Olu, I don't feel beautiful. People are saying this about me.' So I just reflected back on the past and my upbringing and everything I've dealt with. It just touched my heart and I just cried. I had no choice but to cry.
- I always reflect back on my parents and how I grew up. I just use that as fuel every day.
- I had to protect Michelle at all costs. She's a Black queen. Even if I'm not getting the most time with her in the house, I had her best interests at heart.
- This show is definitely a great challenge in front of millions of viewers, having to be vulnerable and give so much of myself. The show definitely showed me a lot about myself. It taught me a new sense of patience. On the show, we were with 30 other guys and I had to wait for my time. I could have easily exploded or interrupted other people's one-on-ones, but patience is a virtue and that's something I took from my time on the show.
- I have a great relationship with all my sisters. I have two younger and two older. I'm the middle child.
