Dustin Hood, a seasoned Design Director with over a decade of professional expertise, embarked on his creative journey after graduating from Columbus College of Art & Design in 2013, earning a degree in Advertising and graphic design. Post-graduation, he had the honor of freelancing with renowned companies like M.A.C. Cosmetics, dELiA's, and Fresh.com, showcasing his versatile skills. Following this enriching phase, he assumed the role of Lead Designer at DKMS, Delete Blood Cancer, U.S. (2014-2016), contributing significantly to the organization's visual identity. Venturing into the tech realm, he delved into UX design for Webcollage for a fruitful two-year stint. His career trajectory then led him to GLAAD, where he served as a Senior Graphic Designer before evolving into the role of Art Director from 2018-2023. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in developing and producing the GLAAD Media Awards from 2020-2023, leaving an indelible mark on the organization's creative landscape.
