Martino Gozzi is an Italian writer born in Ferrara in 1981. He made his debut in 2004 with the short novel "Una volta mia" (peQuod), followed by "Giovani promesse" (Feltrinelli, 2009) and "Mille volte mi ha portato sulle spalle" (Feltrinelli, 2013). He also worked as translator for various publishing houses, like the autobiography of Keith Richards, "Life", Nick Flynn' memoir "Another Bullshit Night in Suck City" and Eva Weaver's debut novel "The Puppet Boy of Warsaw".
For 3 years, he worked as a freelance screenwriter for Cherry Road Films. Worked as screenwriter in Sera di Festa (2002) and made a special appearance on the TV show Masterpiece (2013).
He is the didactic director of the department of Storytelling & Performing Arts at Scuola Holden in Turin.
