Ada Gabor
- Second Unit Director or Assistant Director
- Director
- Writer
Born in Brasov (Romania) in 1997, Ada Gabor is a director and assistant director.
After finishing the Bachelor's programme - Film and TV directing - at UNATC I.L. Caragiale (Bucharest), she continued with the Master's in Fiction Film at the same University, while also spending one semester at KASK & Conservatorium / School of Arts Gent (Belgium). A recurring theme in her short films is the nature of romantic relationships (functional and dysfunctional), which she wishes to continue exploring. The territory of magical realism is also on her radar for future projects.
As for the documentary, the only "dive" in this genre, so far, is the short "Obor City Stories", an observation of the day in the life (and a study of the people) of the biggest farmers markets in her country's capital.
