- Birth nameJames Basul Noble III
- James is an actor, performer, and digital music producer. Born in Charlotte, North Carolina to restauranteurs Jim and Karen Noble, the youngest of three children. With the oldest Margaux, a surgeon, and Olivia, a lawyer, James always knew he was capable of pursuing an extraordinary career like his sisters. Growing up in the theatre his passion for acting and entertaining was birthed, but was never considered as a full-time career.
While attending the College of Charleston for hospitality/ business management in 2017, he realized a degree was not needed for a successful career in the restaurant industry, or if that industry was one he could see himself in the long term. So with his innate dramatic impulsivity, experience on stage, and reputation for animation and charisma, he dropped out of college to move to Atlanta, Georgia to study under Lon Bumgarner and Marilyn Carter at the Alliance Theatre for screen acting. Under such professional training, he has developed a solid technique, a formidable resume, and capitalized on his inherent talents, such as comedic improv, facial expression, and vocal range. He is still residing in Atlanta acting in smaller productions, and frequently performs theatre internationally, most recently in 2023 as Danny Zuko in Grease hosted in Istanbul, TR, and Athens, GRC.
He is best known for his role as Carl, the cashier in Grant Lafferty and Justin Robinson's short film A Man Departed, and his role as Kenny, the analyst in the Torri Tillman feature film Caged.- IMDb Mini Biography By: Carly Grace Gorman
