Tatjana Zwirkowski is a German actress, writer, and director. She was born and raised in the idyllic region of the Weserbergland and is fluent in both German and English. She moved from Berlin to Dublin in 2021 and considers both to be her home.
She completed her acting degree at JAS Education (Stuttgart, Germany) in 2019 and has since trained with Steven Ditmyer (NY, USA) in Meisner, Susan Batson Studio (online) and Gerry Grennell at Bowstreet Academy (Dublin, Ireland). In addition Tatjana trained as a writer and director at Raindance Film School (London, England).
Tatjana is best known for her performances in Tatort - Der rote Schatten (2017), Hellscape (2023) and her original short film Camp (2022), which she wrote, directed and produced. She was cast for Sagenhafter Südwesten (2016), which won the Dauphin d'Or at Cannes in 2017.
Tatjana is inspired by nature and strong female personalities, such as Hedy Lamarr. She loves roles set in period or fantasy dramas, crime or crime mysteries and dark comedy.
