- After a decades-long break, Patty Lambert splashed back into the world of acting, landing leading and supporting roles in eight feature films in just two years. But Patty's love affair with performance began way back in elementary school, leading to Joan Jett air guitar concerts, to acting in The Emperor's New Clothes, to performing in theatrical traveling troupes and oratorical competitions. Later studying Speech Communications and Philosophy at UNC-Chapel Hill, Patty centered her honor's thesis on the lives of America's homeless by writing and directing her play, "From A to Y."
(Fun fact: college friend Billy Crudup starred in her play -- yes, Billy's career catapulted all due to Patty Lambert! ... insert wink here!)
After college, Patty married and raised three amazing (now adult-ish!) boys and led a variety of volunteer and civic organizations in her hometown of Charlotte, North Carolina. Now embarking on her "third chapter of life," Patty has returned to that early calling of acting. Roles as mom, wife, daughter, friend, sister, businesswoman, and philanthropist stem naturally into her performances and overall life practice. In true confession form, Patty jests that she has a Gemini side that's ever-itching to be released. Stay tuned!- IMDb Mini Biography By: Anonymous
