Nick Nelsen is an International Award Winning film composer for his scores in "Dead End Drive" and "Dark Hearts". Nick has written music for "No Storybook Love", " A Girl Upstairs", "Dead End Drive", & "Dark Hearts" . His sound has a long list of influences but Americana is where his music truly lies. He also plays in a Folk/Grunge band called NELSEN where he sings, plays guitar and writes music.
He was born in Blair, Nebraska (1998) and lived his whole youth there. He moved to Colorado to study film at the University of Northern Colorado where he graduated with a degree in Film Composition and Audio Engineering. There he was taught under Ludek Drizhal, an accomplished film composer, who helped Nick find his sound.
