Dimitri Stefanov is a photographer and director. He (32) was born in Bulgaria, but has lived in Spain for 13 years. In 2009, he has graduated from EFTI, Madrid with Master Degree Documentary Photography, where he also received an award for the best photographer of the year and held a solo exhibition "Not About Football". Dimitri was awarded a scholarship "Fotoperiodismo Albarracin", organized by Gervasio Sánchez Albarracín and his work has appeared in a variety of leading international and local magazines. During the years, he has been working as a documentary photographer focusing on social issues, in particular on problems affecting the middle classes and other aspects of life in Bulgaria. Therefore, in 2011, he was nominated and voted "One of the 12 Greatest Talents of the Year" by the "Joop Swart Masterclass", World Press Photo. Since two years, his work is focused on writing and directing short movies and music videos. Recently, he is known for directing the music video by the Bulgarian artist - VICTORIA: I Wanna Know and a short artist reveal movie for Eurovision 2020 in Rotterdam.
