Kristen Stewart had a 2016 that will long be remembered as one of the best years of her career. She surprised as a charming romantic foil in Woody Allen’s “Cafe Society,” stole Kelly Reichardt’s “Certain Women” from Michelle Williams and Laura Dern and gave another Olivier Assayas film her trademark magnetism (“Personal Shopper”). Never Mind the Buzzcocks has been cancelled after 28 series, with the BBC confirming the much-loved show will not be returning.
The ingenious - and often hilarious - pop music panel quiz arrived on screens way back in 1996, and ran for over 260 episodes.
Hosts including Mark Lamarr, Simon Amstell and Rhod Gilbert have appeared alongside team captains Phil Jupitus, Sean Hughes, Bill Bailey and Noel Fielding. Here are some of the greatest moments.
1. Boys will be boys!
Preston took an immediate dislike to being described by Simon Amstell as a "professional celebrity" on introduction, before Amstell joked that his band The Ordinary Boys have no fans.
But it was when he began to read extracts from Preston's then-wife Chantelle Houghton's biography - with the line "The photoshoot was for the Daily Mail, which made me feel really posh and upmarket" - that he stormed off the show in disgust.

Blue have described their Go Mad in Ibiza ITV2 show as "all about fun [and] banter".
Duncan James said fans can expect to see the "band in a different light" during the show.
James said: "They'll get to see just how close mates us Blue boys are. It's all about fun, banter and seeing the band in a different light."
The show, which sees the band attempt to run a bar, saw Blue faced with challenges including flamboyant PRs, demanding customers and irritating members of staff.
What the band didn't know is that all these people were played by actors.
Antony Costa said: "They fooled us all, they were too good. Jc [the PR representative] and Eggy [the barman] were great people and gave Hollywood worthy performances. They deserve movie roles with how good they were."
James added: "We got to work with a brilliant team and it was an absolute pleasure to get to know them all.

Queen Cheryl has nabbed your spot on The X Factor, your first solo album has bombed and nobody really needs an N-Dubz reunion. What would you do right now if you were Tulisa Contostavlos?
The messy courtroom battles might be over, but what she chooses to do next might define her entire career. More music, having a proper go at acting and a return to TV are all possibilities, and it's the latter which has made the tabloids this week, with rumours that she's a target for the new series of I'm a Celebrity.
ITV would no doubt love to snap Tulisa up for the show. She's opinionated, she's colourful and she divides the public - so she'd no doubt end up gagging on kangaroo balls every night with Ant & Dec sniggering on the sidelines.
Money wouldn't be an issue because she's got enough of a backstory and she's actually...

The Last Ship: “El Toro” - Sunday, July 20 at 9 Pm
Well, I thought The Last Ship had lost its extreme right-wing stance after last week’s episode, but thankfully “El Toro” gets things rolling with a storyline about a stereotypical Hispanic tyrant who takes over an island with his goons and then forces the people living there into slavery in exchange for protection.
You might ask why the crew of this last ship are in the jungles of Nicaragua; I’d remind you that this is The Last Ship, and anything is possible.

They aren’t really a superteam like the Justice League or the Avengers, those all-star crews built out of solo-series stars (Superman, Captain America) mixed together with B-list glue characters (Martian Manhunter, Wonder Man). With one very obvious exception and a few other arguable exceptions, the X-Men aren’t Solo-Star people. They are a team.
Or rather, teams. Chris Claremont’s iconic decade-and-a-half run on Uncanny X-Men cemented the idea that the X-lineup was eternally fluid: Characters died, left on sabbatical, joined the Avengers, got replaced...

The 'All Rise' singer took to the official Blue page to inform followers he would be shutting down his personal account, @LeeRyanMusic, and that they could keep up-to-date with him from the account he shares with bandmates Antony Costa, Duncan James and Simon Webb. He wrote: ''Life is such a beautiful thing, too good to waste. Follow me & Blue here as I'm closing my @LeeRyanMusic account // Lee (sic)'' The reflective tweet comes in the wake of Lee's apology in which he admitted to receiving a ''wake-up call'' following his arrest for drink driving and...

Tricked has been renewed for a second series by ITV2.
The hidden camera show follows magician Ben Hanlin as he tricks members of the public and celebrities.
Hanlin - who in the last series terrified Helen Flanagan, convinced Blue that Simon Webbe had fallen off a cliff and made Stacey Solomon think she was in a cage with a gorilla - will pose as barmen, shopkeepers and market stallholders to pull off his new tricks.
In the new series, some of the tricks include helping a bride trick her wedding party by ruining the ceremony and helping someone get revenge by convincing their friend they've won a Ferrari - only to transform it into their old car.
ITV's Angela Jain said: "The first series of Tricked showed the versatility and enduring appeal of magic and Ben's hidden camera stunts have paved the way for a new breed of magic shows.

The Jump winner Joe McElderry and comedian Ben Shires are among the other guests joining second team captain Ellie Roberts and host Matt Edmondson on Fake Reaction.
The episode airs tomorrow (February 6) at 10pm on ITV2.

We really would not like to be Lee Ryan right now. The Blue singer has angered plenty of people with his treatment of Celebrity Big Brother love interests Jasmine Waltz and Casey Batchelor, and drove Twitter into meltdown when he essentially shrugged off the issue upon his eviction at the weekend.
Lee now has finally said 'sorry' (to be fair, it is the hardest word) and is on the road to redeeming himself in the eyes of the public. But what should his next move be? Digital Spy has a few suggestions...
Don't blame the edit!
Lee has a potential 'get out of jail free card' here in that we're well aware of how reality shows work, how they can manipulate things into looking like something else and miss out key details. He could say, 'No guys, in the 23 hours a day you didn't see I spoke nonstop about how...

Celebrity Big Brother star Jasmine Waltz has hit out at Casey Batchelor for "throwing herself" at Lee Ryan.
Blue singer Lee has been involved in a love triangle with Casey and evicted housemate Jasmine, and has since grown closer to Casey in recent days.
Jasmine has now blasted Lee for his lack of "self-control" since her departure, and is now unsure if they can get together after he leaves the house.
Last night's (January 21) show saw Lee and Casey spooning in bed, while Casey jokingly offered him sexual favours.
On Big Brother's Bit on the Side, Jasmine told host Emma Willis: "I kind of feel sorry for her at this point. She's just trying so hard and throwing herself all over him.
"It's just sad that her confidence is so low that she'd continue to be so desperate for his attention after everything that's happened."

Antony Costa has defended his bandmate Lee Ryan's antics in the Celebrity Big Brother house.
Since appearing on the Channel 5 reality show, Blue singer Ryan has become involved in a controversial love triangle with housemates Jasmine Waltz and Casey Batchelor.

During an appearance on Celebrity Big Brother's Bit on the Side to be aired tonight (January 7) on Channel 5, Hopkins slates every housemate apart from controversial comic Jim Davidson.
In the episode, Hopkins says of Linda: "Boring old woman! Probably smells of wee. She is revolting. Her knockers are somewhere near her ankles."
