ZIG was backed by an investor group he assembled, consisting of Live Nation, Graydon Carter, Quincy Jones and Ron Meyer among others. He was the president of ZIG and served on its board of directors. Adam was a founding investor in The Infatuation-Zagat which was acquired by JPMorgan Chase & Co. in September 2021.
He is the founder & chief executive at Corbellus Capital. And a founder & board director at Frolic.
Adam is an Executive Producer of the HBO Documentary film "40 Years A Prisoner," alongside John Legend, The Roots and Common.
Previously, Adam was a partner, the vice chairman and a board director at Confluential, an entertainment company that has produced HBO's "JuiceWrld" and "The Perfect Find" at Netflix. Confluential's partners include Discovery+, HBO, Hulu, Netflix, Paramount, Peacock and Sony. At the company Adam was responsible for all aspects of growth, including the conceptualization and execution of a $100MM+ financing. A process he architected in tandem with Goldman Sachs.
Adam graduated from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL. with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication & Political Science.
