Baldur’s Gate 3 won the Game of the Year award at the recently concluded Game Developers Choice Awards. The game has been a huge hit for Larian Studios, and it has added a number of new endings and an epilogue to it.
However, speaking at Gdc 2024, Founder and CEO of Larian Studios, Swen Vincke, has made it clear that his team is not going to release another Dlc for Baldur’s Gate anytime soon. Nor will it be working on a sequel.
Instead, the team is going to be focusing on newer games and will probably go back to its old franchises like Divinity: Original Sin.
