Nina Hoss, who plays Alena Kovac, and Betty Gabriel, who plays Elizabeth Wright, recently sat with uInterview founder Erik Meers to discuss working with iconic actors John Krasinski and Wendell Pierce.
“Wendell, I don’t even know what I was laughing at … not at him, but he just makes me laugh like no other,” Gabriel shared. “There were several moments of, that in between takes or within the scene, I’m just like, ‘Stop doing that Wendell!’ I’m cracking because it’s just so fun to have fun in quite a serious context. These are CIA operatives and it’s high stakes and it’s very serious, but within that, there was a lot of fun.

Exclusive: Wendell Pierce (The Wire) and Erika Woods (Blue Bloods) have joined the Season 3 cast of Starz’s Power Book III: Raising Kanan in recurring roles.
Pierce plays Ishmael “Snaps” Henry, a living legend on the street, former bank robber, and Og dealer who now acts as a mentor and financier for up-and-comers like Kanan along with his partner and wife, the love of his life, Stephanie ‘Pop’ Henry, played by Woods.
The third installment of the Power Universe, Raising Kanan tells the origin story of the ultimate franchise baddie, the titular Kanan Stark (MeKai Curtis). The series shares insight into Kanan’s journey into the criminal world through his mother Raquel ‘Raq’ Thomas (Patina Miller), who runs the family’s drug empire.

Keanu Reeves is reflecting on the life and legacy of his friend and co-star Lance Reddick, following the actor’s untimely death.
Reeves walked the red carpet at the premiere of “John Wick: Chapter 4”, held at the Tcl Chinese Theater in Hollywood on Monday, where everyone wore blue ribbon pins in Reddick’s memory, and his name was displayed first and upfront on the marquee.
Reeves spoke with Et’s Nischelle Turner about Reddick — who appeared in all four films in the “John Wick” franchise as hotel concierge Charon — and was also slated to appear in the upcoming spinoff film, “Ballerina”.
