1994 Abitur (high school diploma) at the Wirtschaftsgymnasium in Albstadt-Ebingen. 1994 to 1995 Military service at the Air Force Command South in Germersheim/großer Heuberg. 1995 to 1998 studies of business administration at the University of Cooperative Education in Ravensburg, graduation as Diplom-Betriebswirt (BA).
1998 to 1999 internships and international experience at a textile company in Izmir (Turkey), at industrial companies in Phoenix (USA) and at a tax consulting and auditing firm in Stuttgart. 1999 to 2005 assistant to the managing director at a medium-sized textile company, head of controlling as well as of the EDP and organization department.
1990 joined the Junge Union, since 1994 member of the CDU, 1997 to 2003 district chairman of the Junge Union Zollernalb, since 2002 state chairman Baden-Württemberg, since 1998 member of the CDU local association Meßstetten, 2001 to 2005 deputy district chairman of the CDU Zollernalb, since 2002 advisory member of the state board of the CDU Baden-Württemberg. Member of the Meßstetten municipal council since 1999, member of the Zollernalb district council since 2004.
