Am vergangenen Wochenende fand die Premiere des Film- und Wissenschaftsfestivals Green Visions Potsdam unter der Leitung des ehemaligen Berlinale-Chefs Dieter Kosslick statt. Jetzt wurde Bilanz gezogen.

„Volle Kinosäle und großes Besucherinteresse“ verzeichnete das Film- und Wissenschaftsfestival Green Visions Potsdam, das von 30. Mai bis 2. Juni unter der Leitung des ehemaligen Berlinale-Chefs Dieter Kosslick zum ersten Mal stattfand.
Entsprechend zufrieden zeigt sich Kosslick in einer Mitteilung zur Bilanz des Festivals, die heute veröffentlicht wurde: „Das Festivalklima war prima. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der ersten Ausgabe von Green Visions Potsdam. Viele Veranstaltungen waren bis zum letzten Platz besetzt. Erstaunlich, mit welcher Offenheit das Publikum den Wissenschaftler:innen und Künstler:innen zugehört hat und mit ihnen ins Gespräch kam. Susan Wojcicki now has her own official Barbie doll.
The former YouTube CEO is one of seven women tapped by Mattel to have one-of-a-kind Barbie dolls made in their likenesses to celebrate women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (Stem).
The dolls’ reveal was timed with International Women’s Day, March 8.
Wojcicki’s sisters Anne Wojcicki (the founder and CEO of 23andME) and Janet Wojcicki also have their own dolls in the collection, along with Katya Echazarreta (a Mexican electrical engineer and science show host), Maggie Aderin-Pocock (a British space scientist/educator), Antje Boetius (a German marine biologist), and Yinuo Li (the co-founder of Etu Education).
