Born in Paris, after studying law at the University of Paris, interrupted by the war, he was deported to Germany from 1941 to 1945 where he was injured. Back in France, in 1945 he entered the Ministry of Justice, prison administration, taking care of assisting condemned prisoners, such as Pierre Laval, Jean Lucher, Admiral de la Borde, etc. In 1951, he came to Quebec. Written for Radio-Canada radio - 10 years, daily program "Chez Miville", where he created around 500 sketches and songs parodying politicians. On Radio Canadienne television, he operates several humorous genres, popular program "Les Couche-Tard". Creator and author of the texts of the game on the French language Le Travail à la chaîne (1972). The voice of the Grand Manitou who intervened was his own.
