Paix Robinson is a French-American designer based in London where he founded and serves as Studio Director of Artvomit Studios Ltd.
Paix's films have screened worldwide at festivals including Lions (Saturday Films, BFI) at Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival, nominated for Best British Short Film at the 2023 British Film Independent Awards, Pray (BBC FIlm, B-Side Productions, Warner Music Group) at the 77th Locarno Film Festival, and Area Boy (BBC FIlm, Sungazer Productions) at the 80th Venice International Film Festival, long-listed for the '23 BIFA - Best British Short Film, Pale Saint and Father of the Bride nominated for the Best Short Film at the BAFTA Cymru Awards, and winner of the AFI Grand-Prize Pillars.
In 2023, Paix's designs could be viewed among seven films chosen as official selections at the BFI London Film Festival, including the LFF Audience Award winner, and BIFA - Best British Short Film winner Festival of Slaps (BBC Film, June & Stella Productions), BMW x BFI Challenge winner We Collide (BFI, June & Stella Productions), Such A Lovely Day (BBC FIlm, Element Pictures), 1 Up (Hatch Films, Them Ones Production), The Last Days (BBC Film, BFI, Tannahill Productions), Area Boy, and Pray.
TV credits include the No.7 Most Watched English Language Series in Netflix history with over 200M hours watched worldwide, the series Queen Cleopatra (Westbrook Entertainment, Nutopia, Netflix).
