The band released its self-titled debut album in April 2022, playing their first live performance that same month at the Museum of Pop Culture in Seattle.

Hulu announced that Ernest Kingsley Jr. and Iola Evans have been added to the cast of upcoming adventure limited series “Washington Black.” Kingsley will play George Washington “Wash” Black and Evans will play his love interest Tanna Goff.
“Washington Black” is adapted from Esi Edugyan’s novel of the same name. The nine-episode series is set in the 19th century and follows Wash as he flees from a Barbados sugar plantation after a shocking death threatens to upend his life. He becomes the protégé of Medwin Harris (Sterling K. Brown), a Black refugee from Nova Scotia who serves as the de facto major of Black Halifax. While trying to outrun his past and the hunters on his tail, he meets Tanna, a young wealthy British woman who passed as white but was secretly born of a Melanesian mother on the Solomon Islands, forcing her and her father to flee London for Nova Scotia.

Jenna Dewan Tatum is one hot mama! The brunette beauty is gracing the cover of the January 2014 issue of Ocean Drive magazine, where she's dishing about her handsome hubby Channing Tatum, working on set as a new mom and life with baby Everly. The cute couple met on the set of "Step Up" back in 2006, but they kept their romance a secret until after the film came out."We were together when the movie came out, but no one really knew who we were," Jenna told the mag. "At some point, they threw us a party at the hotel. It was a very beautiful Miami night, and this interviewer brought a boom box and was speaking in Spanish and was like, ‘Here, dance on camera’— and we looked at each other like, what? So Channing picked up the boom box, put it on his shoulder, and I twirled and did circles around him.

Jenna Dewan-Tatum has left fans spellbound - and nope, we're not just talking about her turn in the new TV series Witches of East End. Four months after welcoming daughter Everly, her first child with husband Channing Tatum, Jenna is showing off her trim post-baby body in the November issue of Self. Even more impressive: The photos were shot just two months after Jenna, 32, gave birth to Everly. Indeed, the new mom seems to have flouted nature - and post-baby expectations - by reportedly losing 33 pounds in seven weeks. So how'd the former dancer regain her athletic frame? By literally...

Exclusive: Jennifer Johnson, executive producer/showrunner of Fox’s freshman drama Alcatraz, has signed an overall deal with 20th Century Fox TV after a five-year stint at Warner Bros TV, which produces Alcatraz. 20th TV chairman Dana Walden noted that Johnson is exactly the type of writer-showrunner 20th TV wants on its roster, “somebody who can contribute meaningfully to our existing shows and somebody whose development we’re interested in.” Johnson spent the last season on Alcatraz, where she started as a consultant after the pilot and was bumped up to executive producer/showrunner following the November departure of co-creator/executive producer Liz Sarnoff. With her deal at 20th TV, which starts at the end of the season, Johnson will be leaving Alcatraz. While Fox has not made an official decision yet on the future of the the time-travel procedural, which wrapped its freshman run Monday, it is unlikely to return for a second season.

WonderCon moved temporarily to Anaheim in 2012, while its usual home, the Moscone Center in San Francisco, is undergoing a remodel. It is part of the Comic-Con International organization, and although it’s a much smaller-scale event, happily for us they held some great TV panels on Day 3. First up was Alcatraz.
The panel was made up of actors Sarah Jones (Rebecca Madsen), Jorge Garcia (Diego “Doc” Soto), Jonny Coyne (Warden Edwin James), Parminder Nagra (Dr. Lucille Banerjee) and Robert Forster (Ray Archer, Rebecca’s great uncle), executive producers Jennifer Johnson and Daniel Pyne, and co-creators/co-executive producers Bryan Wynbrandt and Steven Lilien.
They started us off with a video montage that we happily share here. Much will look familiar, but the last few scenes are brand new, and will be considered a spoiler by some:

Spoilers: Who is 'A' on Pretty Little Liars? Plus: Hawaii Five-o, Smash & Alcatraz
Pretty Little Liars | Who is 'A'? There's only one episode left for this season, and by this time next week 'A's' identity will finally be "UnmAsked". Or will it? Thanks to a new crop of interviews with the cast, we're starting to suspect that although one 'A' will indeed be revealed, there'll still be another out there to lead us into next season. For example:
Keegan Allen recently chatted with The Insider on whether Toby could be 'A' and said: "I did think he was going to be ‘A,’ I did, and I still don't know if he's ‘A’ or not, that's how crazy it is."
Then, Ashley Benson also spoke to Teen Vogue about one potential future for the series: “To be followed around by 'A' in a whole other state or country could be really exciting.

Q- You are the current Director of WGA's Showrunner Training Program at Writers Guild of America West. How many applicants did you have for this year?
A- We had over eighty applicants for about twenty five slots. The application process is a two step process. First applicants have to be recommended by current show runners or creative executives. Once they've been recommended, they fill out an application. I review the applications and we end up interviewing about fifty candidates. Out of those fifty candidates we invite approximately twenty five people to participate in the Program. This year's first session was on Saturday, January 14th and it (the program) ran for six consecutive Saturdays.
Q- How long has the Showrunner Training Program been in existence, and can you give the readers a background of its origins?

Last week, a rain-delayed Daytona 500 race preempted Fox's "Alcatraz" episode, which complicated the scheduling of this week's two-hour event. Instead of airing the missed episode tonight, Fox has decided to hold off and air it on March 12. Executive producers Jennifer Johnson and Daniel Pyne tell us the shuffled episode schedule is "not going to be a problem. A little post-production magic, and the ongoing storylines remain the same as originally planned."
Don't let that give you the impression that the two back-to-back episodes airing tonight (March 5) are easily skippable. In fact, they're two of the series' strongest episodes thus far, albeit for very different reasons.
The first, "Ames Brothers," finds the Alcatraz task force stuck on the island during a brutal storm -- just one of many reasons that having their official headquarters on Alcatraz is wildly impractical. This is the first time that the gang has faced two '...
