Chris Woolsey
- Actor
- Writer
- Producer
Chris was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on May 15, 1972, the same day
Alabama governor and presidential hopeful George Wallace was shot
during a campaign speech. Though authorities were never able to make a
solid connection between the two events they have nonetheless kept a
wary eye on the young man ever since. Chris received an early parole
from the Midwest and fled to Southern California where he attended the
University of Sacramento and earned a degree in both Theatre and
Environmental Studies. Much to his parents' elation, Chris wisely opted
to avoid an erratic legal career in order to pursue a stable future in
the entertainment industry. As well as acting, Chris has also been a
freelance writer for such notable film and television entities as Sony
Pictures, Fox Television and Columbia Tri-Star Entertainment. Chris is
co-author of the soon to be released The Concise Guide to Sounding
Smart at Parties, which will be published by Broadway Books in August
of 2006. When he's not running around causing his parents concern,
Chris also teaches Sunday school at Metro Church in Santa Monica,
California, with his wife, Nicole and their 1-year-old daughter,
Cassidy, who can only say "Yeahhhhh!" and so isn't really all that much
help with explaining complex Christian theology to seventh graders.
