From 1999 to 2000 he developed his understanding of story as a
screenwriter with Canadian feature director Bruce McCulloch
("Superstar", "Stealing Harvard", "Comeback Season") creating in both
the comedy and drama genres, including an adaptation of Barbara Gowdy's
"Mister Sandman". During this time he also worked in story development
with former Saturday Night Live staff writer and "Anchorman" director
Adam Mackay, and provided script consultation for the Revolution
Studios/Imagine Entertainment-produced "Stealing Harvard".
