- Already at the beginning of the 20's she retired from the film business and concluded her impressive career premature.
- Especially with the Danish star Viggo Larsen she played in a whole string of successful so-called sensation movies like "Der Eid des Stephan Huller" (1912) and "Die Sumpfblume" (1913). The duo Treumann/Larsen was so successful that they founded a Berlin-based film company called Treumann-Larsen-FilmVertriebs Gmbh.
- The actress Wanda Treumann belonged to the most popular stars of the German film before World War I, together with Asta Nielsen, Viggo Larsen and Henny Porten. At those time the German movie came off of the short movies and they shot also feature movies. With it they discovered a new market and the audience was able to identify with the actors on the screen in an easier way.
