Kyôko Togawa was born on 13 August 1964 in Tokyo, Japan. She was an actress, known for Legend of the Devil (1996), Ultraman Ace (1972) and The Man Who Stole the Sun (1979). She was married to Masanori Ôyama. She died on 18 July 2002 in Tokyo, Japan.
