Lucy Hale, Haylie Duff and Aaron Ashmore (brother of Shawn) topline the slasher thriller Fear Island , which is currently seeking DVD distribution. Hale was most recently seen fighting off another killer in Scream 4 . The film played to television audiences in Canada and was directed by Michael Storey ( Paradise Falls ). After a blowout party at a secluded island cabin, five friends make a shocking discovery: a dead body and the only boat off the island gone. A review of last night's "The Office" coming up just as soon as I release an album of Doris Day covers to my own label... With "Sex Ed," written and directed by showrunner Paul Lieberstein, "The Office" unofficially kicked off the Steve Carell Farewell Tour. Michael's not going anywhere yet, but half the episode was spent on him getting closure on all of his previous relationships, while the other half featured Andy Bernard playing the role of Michael Scott. In some respects, "The Cover-Up" was a set-up episode for the rest of The Office's sixth season and possibly beyond, with both of last night's stories just getting started.
Michael's relationship with Donna is going well ... a little too well. Cue the obligatory Michael Scott over-sharing about boning and such. Then cue P.I.s Kelly and Dwight.
After Kelly opines that it sounds like Donna doesn't want to be seen with Michael in public, he immediately buys it, and enlists Dwight to uncover what Donna's hiding.
It's hard to say what's funnier, Michael being so impressionable that he believed it, that it was actually true, that Ryan uses the same techniques on Kelly, or ... Dwight.
Seduce her, have sex with her and then tell Michael about it. That was his grand idea. Predictably, it failed badly, but Rainn Wilson absolutely kills with this kind of stuff.
