Long before Bob Clark brought his name to fame in the horror community with “Black Christmas”, he put out a much lower budgeted flick in this third directorial debut with “Children Shouldn’t Play with Dead Things.” This movie was a pleasant little surprise to me as when I hear horror movies are “comedies” they are hits and misses. I am not the biggest fan of horror comedies thankfully this wasn’t what I thought it was at all. It was more morbid than anything else.

Matt Moran is opening a new restaurant in Sydney, it has been reported. The Australian celebrity chef, who is currently a judge on reality television series MasterChef, is believed to have bought the new rooftop sky bar on top of the new city Westfield shopping development. According to rumours, Moran and Sydney pub owner Bruce Solomon joined forces against Melbourne developer Julian Gerner to bid for the coveted property. "They have big ideas for the Westfield space," a source told The Daily Telegraph. "It's going to be something unlike anything else in Sydney." See new clips from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment's "Night of the Creeps" starring Jason Lively, Steve Marshall, Jill Witlow, Tom Atkins, Wally Taylor, Bruce Solomon, Vic Polizos and Allan Kayser. The comedy horror sees release on October 27th. In this campy chiller, a college couple, in 1959, see an object plummet to Earth like a meteor. The boy accidentally swallows a space-slug that shoots out. In 1986, two freshmen roam the campus and stumble across the corpse of the boy who swallowed the space-slug. Once thawed out, the corpse comes to life. Interestingly enough,multi-talented David Paymer had a part in this film as a young scientist.
