- Alan M. Solomon was born on June 26, 1935 in London, England, UK. He was a producer, known for City of Shadows (1987), Cyber Vengeance (1995) and Absolute Aggression (1996). He died on March 18, 2010 in Los Angeles, California, USA.
- Was executive vice president of Shapiro-Glickenhaus Entertainment (SGE) until 1996 when the company was disbanded. Solomon went on to form Amsell Entertainment, which acquired the film catalog and remaining assets of SGE. Sometime after Solomon's death in 2010, Amsell was renamed North American Pictures, L.L.C.
