In celebration of country music’s top songwriters, the industry’s biggest stars stepped out for the 2013 Broadcast Music, Inc. Country Awards in Nashville on Tuesday (November 5).
Luke Bryan showed off his dapper smile, while Miranda Lambert showed off her slim figure and struck a pose with the night’s guest of honor Dean Dillon.
Other attendees included newcomer Kacey Musgraves and powerhouse trio The Band Perry. In addition, aspiring country singer/actress Lucy Hale made an appearance and is expected to be at tonight’s (November 6) Cma Awards.
There were quite a few winners last night, including Hunter Hayes taking home Song of the Year for “Wanted.”

Rascal Flatts and Disney Music Group have finalized arranged for the release of the multi-award winning country group's album "Nothing Like This" on their new home Big Machine Records. Final touches are already being made to the record.
"Nothing Like This" is the group's seventh studio album release. It will be out on November 16. The lead-off single "Why Wait" written by Neil Threasher, Tom Shapiro, and Jimmy Yeary, is going out to Country radio immediately.
Bassist Jay DeMarcus said, "We are extremely excited about our new partnership with Big Machine Records! We believe that Scott Borchetta [Big Machine Label Group President/CEO] and all of the folks over there are a perfect fit for what Rascal Flatts is trying to accomplish over the next few years."

Rascal Flatts have inked a record deal with Big Machine, the same label where Taylor Swift is currently signed. Disney Music Group finalized the new record deal arrangements on July 29 for the release of a new album on November 16 in U.S. The Rascal Flatts catalogue will remain with the Disney Music Group.
