Agent Brad Schenck, who represents actors such as Jay Hernandez and Scott Caan, has exited Paradigm Talent Agency.
Schenck is expected to land at another agency, and sources said the departure was amicable.
Schenck spent 13 years in Paradigm's talent department and was co-head of talent from 2015 to early 2017.
His client roster included AnnaLynne McCord, Bob Saget, Craig T. Nelson, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Sarah Wynter and Tricia Helfer.
It is unclear at this stage which clients are leaving and which are staying, although one source said that Caan, Nelson and Helfer were likely to follow Schenck.

Karl Urban is moving from Middle Earth to the middle of a spy game. The actor, best known as Eomer in "The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers," is in negotiations to play Matt Damon's nemesis in Universal Pictures' "The Bourne Supremacy", sources have confirmed. The sequel to the hit 2002 film "The Bourne Identity" is expected to begin filming at year's end. British helmer Paul Greengrass is directing, with Frank Marshall, Patrick Crowley and Paul L. Sandberg producing. Tony Gilroy adapted the sequel, which is inspired by Robert Ludlum's second novel in the "Bourne" series. Gilroy also adapted the first installment. Universal executives Ally Brecker-Shearmur and Matt Jackson are overseeing the project. New Zealand-born Urban, repped by CAA, Brad Schenck of Thruline Entertainment and Colden McKuin Frankel, next stars in "The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King" and the "Pitch Black" sequel, "The Chronicles of Riddick".

Sasha Alexander has been tapped to star in CBS' new drama Navy CIS, a spinoff of the network's veteran military legal drama JAG. Alexander will play a tough, competitive Secret Service agent who joins the Naval Criminal Investigative Service team in the center of the show and butts heads with the team's leader, played by Mark Harmon. The series, from Paramount Network Television, is slated to air in JAG's Tuesday 8 p.m. slot and extends the actress' relationship with CBS. This spring, she starred in the network's drama pilot Expert Witness. She also co-starred on CBS' medical drama Presidio Med this past season. Her credits also include the WB Network's Dawson's Creek and the feature All Over the Guy. Alexander is repped by WMA, Thruline's Brad Schenck and attorney David Weber.
