Started out in the film industry in 1988 as a Unit Manager for the
German-Australian co-production
The Prisoner of St. Petersburg (1989). Further work as a Unit Manager
includes
Der Hammermörder (1990), awarded the Grimme Prize.
In 1992, he was Production Manager for the Columbia Tri-Star production
Berlin Break (1993) and also served as Production Manager on several films
including the most successful television movie of 1996,
Der Clown (1996).
Since 1998, he's also worked as Line and Executive Producer for various
feature and television productions.
While getting his own production company up and running, he's worked
primarily for international feature projects such as the Kevin Spacey
film
Beyond the Sea (2004) or the Paramount production _Aeon Flux (2005)_.
