Wrote 'Who's Sorry Now' (later performed by Connie Francis) and 'I Want to Be Loved By You' (later performed by Marilyn Monroe).
Once paired with future Columbia Pictures' mogul Harry Cohn as a musical
act. The pair plugged songs unsuccessfully for about a year around 1910
before splitting up.
Inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1970.
