Ryan Roxie is an American Guitarist Singer/Songwriter, best known as a Solo Artist and for his guitar work with Alice Cooper, Casablancaa and Slash's Snakepit. Ryan was born in born in Sacramento California, but grew up in Pleasanton, East Bay. He was surrounded by music growing up, his father a trumpet player, and his mother a drummer in her high school marching band. As a child Ryan was originally interested in drums and it wasn't until he turned eleven or twelve that he started taking guitar seriously, he taught himself to play listening to old records.
After an eventful early career as a member of bands such as Candy, Electric Angels and DPM, in 1996 (after a successful audition and a few good words from Gilby Clarke) he was offered a "one year contract" working with Alice Cooper. Ryan Roxie has been playing on and off with Alice to this day both, playing on multiple studio albums with co-writing credits and as a touring band member.
His career continued to grow independently of Alice Cooper including being an original member and song co-writer for Slash's Snakepit, Happy Pill, Casablanca, and uncredited guitar work on Tal Bachman's "She's so High". In the early 2000's he formed Roxie 77 and released the debut album 'Peace Love and Armageddon" and in 2018 released his first solo album 'Imagine Your Reality'.
With his YouTube channel having over 15k followers his popular podcast "In the Trenches with Ryan Roxie" has been running since 2019 with over 100 episodes, the show features in depth conversations with the worlds hardest working musicians and entertainers, the show was inspired by its predecessor known as "The Big Rock Show with Ryan Roxie".
