Production is now underway on Netflix’s upcoming reboot of Sabrina the Teenage Witch. The new supernatural series will sidestep the fondly-remembered sitcom from the 1990s and instead draw inspiration from the acclaimed The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina comic series from Archie Comics, which took the story in a much darker direction.
One thing we know will remain the same as every other incarnation of the long-lived character though is that Sabrina will still be madly in love with her boyfriend Harvey Kinkle. Remember Nate Richert from Sabrina, the Teenage Witch? He famously played Melissa Joan Hart's onscreen sweetheart - the lovable, dependable Harvey Kinkle - in the '90s series. Besides being the boy-next-door cutie, he also spent quality time (when he wasn't unwittingly under a spell!) with Sabrina's beloved cat, Salem, and who doesn't love a guy with a soft spot for furry felines. Fast-forward to over a decade since the series has ended, and Richert is still in show business - but has taken on a whole new role. He is still capable of melting hearts, but this time as a musician.

"Sabrina, The Teenage Witch" has been off the air for exactly 10 years now.
The young adult sitcom -- which followed Melissa Joan Hart as the titular Sabrina Spellman, her 500-year-old aunts Hilda (Caroline Rhea) and Zelda (Beth Broderick) and her talking cat Salem Saberhagen (voiced by Nick Bakay) -- made its debut in 1996 as part of ABC's T.G.I.F. lineup.
After four seasons, the network gave the series the axe, but shortly thereafter The WB picked up "Sabrina" -- the then-college-aged witch -- for a fifth, sixth and seventh season. The final episode, which aired on April 24, 2003, saw Sabrina leave her fiance Aaron (Dylan Neal, who -- fun fact -- also played Pacey Witter's older brother Doug on "Dawson's Creek") at the altar and ride off into the sunset with her high school sweetheart Harvey Kinkle (Nate Richert) while No Doubt played in the background.
