- Samuel D. Ratcliffe was born on March 30, 1945 in Eagle Lake, Florida, USA. He was a writer, known for Santa Barbara (1984), Another World (1964) and Guiding Light (1952). He died on December 14, 1995 in Manhattan, New York, USA.
