How will Charlotte Heywood’s story end? PBS has dropped a new preview for Sanditon Season 3, and from the looks of things, there’s going to be a lot going on in the final six episodes of the fan-favorite period drama. The teaser hints that Charlotte and Alexander Colbourne still have feelings for each other, despite her engagement to Ralph Starling. Meanwhile, Georgiana is fighting to maintain her independence. There are also clues that romance could be in the air for Colbourne’s teenage niece Augusta, though the man she seems to have her eye on may not be entirely suitable.

Imagine a Spider-Man origin story on screen that played more like Batman Begins, retelling an origin while exploring a character in way it has never been explored before. Risky but we know how it turned out for Nolan and Bruce Wayne. What if I told you we suspect this new Spider-man film, often referred to as Spider-man 2.0 is a movie that will harness the roots, family and origin of Peter Parker while building in a better way what Raimi’s films tried to do. The origin of Peter Parker is one we’ve all heard told too many times, in many different types of media, through in many different comic books, several different forms of animation, old Saturday night movies from the 70s, and even on The Electric Company. Sam Raimi created the perfect Spider-Man origin story with his 2002 movie. It’s one tale, frankly, that doesn’t need...

Flavor Flav reportedly owes over $$63,000 (£40,197) in back child support. The New York Post reports that the Public Enemy star has three children with Mary Parker and now owes $$63,458 (£40,488) in payments. Parker filed to amend the child support arrangement in 2008 because the original agreement from 1996 only covered two of the children. In January, she won an appeal to raise the rapper's weekly payments from $$117 (£74) to $$837.72 (£534.50) (more)...

Best Job Saving His Son From Certain Doom – Jor-El (Superman)
The planet Krypton was about to be destroyed and one scientist saved his only infant son by sending him in a rocket to a safe place. That infant turned out to be Superman who was adopted and raised by Jonathan and Martha Kent. But if not for the quick thinking of Jor-El, the scientist who chose to save his son before his own life, the Man of Steel may never have been. Some might argue that since Jor-El knew his world was coming to an end,...
