- Was a resident director and teacher of improvisation and sketch writing for The Humber College School of Comedy
- Mr. O'Sullivan died on May 18, 2012. His car left the road, and struck a flatbed truck that was parked on the shoulder of Country Road 507, an hour north of Peterborough Ontario. He was 48 years old.
